Every year our design studio is invited to participate in a designer showhouse. These projects are special opportunities for us to show our capabilities and creativity as designers, without specific client constraints. Most importantly, it allows us the opportunity to support and raise awareness for a local charity.
The Showhouses
Most recently, in the Fall of 2016, we were invited to participate in the 2016 Designer Showhouse for Heroes, benefiting the Heroes to Heroes Foundation, for which each room throughout the estate was uniquely designed by 20 local New Jersey interior designers. Our design for the master bedroom of this Saddle River estate on Denison Drive took advantage of the rooms asymmetrical layout.
The design maximized the typical function of a traditional Master Bedroom by creating several intimate spaces, including a conversation seating area in front of the fireplace, and reading lounge and study to the right of the entry. A blend of warm metals and a unique selection of contemporary lighting and furnishings transformed the space into a fashionable haven, envisioned for a trendy, young couple. Shortly after, in the Winter of 2016, we were invited to participate in the Saddle River Holiday House Tour. The tour consisted of five homes beautifully dressed for the holidays by ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) New Jersey interior designers in support of Rebuilding Together North Jersey.
We had the pleasure of telling the story of a Christmas Eve celebration with our living room holiday decor for a celebrity-owned, English country estate on Allendale Road in Saddle River, NJ. Checkout our Houzz page for a photo of this festive space.

Future Designer Showhouse Work
While we took a break from the designer showhouse scene in 2017 to make time to develop our new brand, we anxiously await what 2018 has to offer and cant wait to support more local charities through our interior design work!
